What will you be doing?
Lead M Group Telecoms’ National Grid delivery capability (NGET/NESO), ensuring successful capital project execution across Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance to meet business goals. Direct national delivery teams, champion safety, and ensure regulatory compliance. Act as customer escalation point, aligning delivery with contractual and strategic expectations. Build a high-performing, demand-responsive organisation. Own delivery forecasting, revenue, and margin targets. Ensure projects meet time, budget, quality, and service standards. Guide and develop project managers. Uphold governance and risk controls. Collaborate across finance, PMO, design, and engineering teams. Track KPIs and promote continuous improvement. Support long-term business planning with accurate forecasting.
